Orchestra Classes

🎻 Elementary School Orchestra

Beginning in 3rd grade, students at Palms Elementary have the exciting opportunity to join our school orchestra and begin their journey into the world of music.

Students can choose from a variety of instruments, including:

  • Flute

  • Trumpet

  • Violin

  • Cello

Through weekly instruction during the school day, students learn how to read music, develop instrumental skills, and perform together as an ensemble, all while following the California Music Standards.

Music for Every Student

Our orchestra program is designed to make music accessible to all students. Instruments are loaned to participating students at no cost, allowing every child the opportunity to explore their musical interests and talents.

Students also practice their instruments at home to strengthen their skills and build confidence as musicians.

Celebrate the hard work and talent of our students at Palms Elementary! Our orchestra, choir, and music ensembles will showcase their skills in a joyful Spring Concert on May 27, 2026. Families and friends are warmly invited to enjoy an afternoon of music, creativity, and community.
