Robotics Team

Palms Robotics is an after-school program that teaches students robotics, coding, and teamwork to inspire the next generation of engineers and creative problem-solvers. Students can earn a spot on the competitive team as fourth and fifth graders. Team members build a robot, then test and improve on their designs to accomplish a goal. Some team members learn to drive with precision, while others learn to write code for the robot so it can score points autonomously. It all comes together at Fairfax High School where they compete against other elementary and middle schools from around LAUSD Region West.
